WAIST TRIMMER GREEN SMOOTHIE

Its has been one of those days.

I woke up today at 5:00am to check emails and meal plans for clients.

Of course the sun was still asleep. So no sun to give me energy.

Just my Starbucks ice coffee.

Later this morning after training a few sessions, one of our fit fam (clients) called me.

 The topic was veggie intake. She said that she can't stand chewing veggies. Yuck!!! There has to be another way.

I asked her if she had ever tried a green smoothie.

She said yes but it tasted horrible. 

I told her that I have a personal recipe that I use whenever I start slacking on my veggie intake.

She said, "if it's going to get my waist down, I don't have to chew it, and it taste good, i'm in".

I said, "the waist and chewing part is taken care of but everyone has a different opinion on taste".

She said she was willing to give it a try because if she has to chew another piece of broccoli, she would vomit.

I laughed and sent her the recipe.

She definitely didn't take long to take action.

Just 30 minutes later she sent me a text and said,  she didn't know that green smoothies could taste so good.

I just smiled and told her you're welcome.

 

If you've gotten this far, I'm going to give you the same exact recipe.

You can thank me later. ;)

It's not a good smoothie if it doesn't have a name.

3-4 CUPS BABY SPINACH

1/2 APPLE

4-6 PINEAPPLE (CHOPPED)

1/2 LEMON (SQUEEZED)

1/2 BANANA

1/2 LIME (SQUEEZED)
