TIP #2 CONTINUE TO STAY ACTIVE
Second on the list is staying active. This does not mean exercise. Although exercising would not be a bad option. Success, at anything in my mind, is being mindful of the little things.
Staying active can be raking the leaves, mowing the lawn, sweeping the floor instead of vacuuming the floor, instead of playing board games go outside and play a game of kickball with the family. There are endless amount of ways to stay active during the holidays without actually exercising.
